Today we had the pleasure of meeting Anthony & Sal of Top to Bottom Carpet Cleaners, They showed up on time, They tackled some badly soiled carpets and they came out remarkably clean! They truly do wonderful work in addition to being great to work with, I highly recommend them to any one needing these services. We'll probably need more work done in the spring, and we know who to Call!

I called Top to Bottom to clean my wall to wall carpeting, area rugs and upholstery, largely bc of all the positive reviews. I was tired of paying for sub-standard carpet cleaning from SS (you know who). I'm so glad I did, bc the difference was night and day! Believe the 5 star reviews bc they're ligit. Anthony, the owner, and his son Sal did a fantastic job on my carpeting and upholstery. I had stains in my carpeting that I thought would never come out. I tried to get them out with my own carpet cleaner (Bissell) and hired SS multiple times to no avail. Once TtoB were finished and everything dried (a few hours later) it revealed a beautifully cleaned light tan carpet without any of the old stains my pets and family left behind, or any unpleasant surprises of the "stain kind" like I got with SS. Anthony is old school and actually cares about a job well done. He and his son Sal are very conscientious and customer service driven (and nice ppl). That's why they have so many 5 star reviews. The price they charged me was less than what I paid S.Steemer for fewer rooms, yet the results are far superior. Top to Bottom charges a fair price. They don't try to constantly upsell you, unlike SS who push hard to get you to spend more. They also use non toxic cleaning supplies without heavy scents/perfumes. I had to pinch myself that this was all really happening bc this kind of service is hard to find in the Pocono's, or anywhere else for that matter. Thanks, Top to Bottom!

We contacted Anthony for a tough job cleaning a vacant commercial space of about 4,000 square feet, including stairs. Anthony was professional, communicative, and efficient. I called to have a rather small job done (single flight of stairs and dining room chair upholstery cleaned) and worried that it wouldn't be enough to make it worth their time. I called shortly after and spoke with Tony. I told him my problem with doggie oops on my basement carpet and he came over within the hour. He checked the rug and told me it wouldnt be a problem. His price was MORE than fair and I asked him when he could do it? He was going away but I told him I was having company. He ACTUALLY went out to his truck and said he would do the rug RIGHT NOW! I was amazed. He did the rug and I must say it came out AWESOME! wish I had more rugs in my house. The rug looks like new. He was clean,friendly and very efficient! Great service, easily made an appointment, and reasonable prices! I had originally used this company for upholstery cleaning, which came beautiful! Owner Anthony Basile himself showed up. Some of my carpets were heavily stained, and didn’t really consider cleaning them, I really didn’t think they would come clean.
